About the Role

Guardian 6 Consulting is seeking a proactive and resourceful RFP Coordinator to help identify and track opportunities that align with our mission of advancing safety, security, and leadership. The RFP Coordinator will be responsible for scanning procurement platforms, monitoring agency postings, and maintaining a pipeline of contracts and RFPs that fit the scope of our services. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to business growth by ensuring we never miss a valuable opportunity.

Requirements

  • Research and monitor federal, state, and local procurement portals for relevant RFPs, RFQs, and contract opportunities.

  • Track and maintain a calendar of deadlines, submission dates, and upcoming opportunities.

  • Evaluate RFPs for fit with Guardian Six’s mission, scope, and capabilities.

  • Summarize requirements and share findings with the leadership and proposal writing team.

  • Build and maintain a database of opportunities, including agency contacts and procurement history.

  • Collaborate with the Bid and Proposal Specialist to ensure timely submission of proposals.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity in the safety, security, and consulting space.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).

  • Experience with RFPs, procurement processes, or contracts administration (1–3 years).

  • Strong research, organizational, and tracking skills.

  • Ability to analyze complex RFP documents and identify key requirements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online procurement platforms.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
