Educational Leader

Joseph Corso, a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel and Military Intelligence Officer, brings over 20 years of military service and nearly two decades of educational leadership to his work. His Army career, which included roles as Platoon Leader, Company Commander, Battalion S1/S2, and Brigade Operations Officer with service during Operation Iraqi Freedom, instilled discipline, precision, and a mission-first mindset.

In education, Joe has dedicated 25 years to advancing student success, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and providing safe, secure learning environments. As a Principal and leadership coach, he has set high academic expectations, built collaborative school cultures, and guided leaders through strategic planning and professional growth. Blending military discipline with comprehensive educational expertise, Joe empowers schools and districts to thrive in complex and challenging times.
